The Item Upgrader in World of Warcraft
The War Within introduced two gear upgrade currencies, Valorstones and Harbinger Crests. They can be traded at the item upgraders NPCs Cuzolth and Vaskarn.
Each item can be upgraded to its maximum level only once for a slot. Afterward upgrades to the slot will be less costly. Additionally the pity system introduced with The War Within lowers extreme chance of winning upgrades.
Upgrades
